Child and Family Services of Western Manitoba exists
so that children are safe and nurtured in strong, loving families
within a community of caring people.
Family Services involves Protection Family Services, Voluntary Family Services, and Single Expectant Parent Services.
Family Services is the core of CFS Western’s work with families. They come to us after having gone through the initial Intake process and ongoing service needs have been identified with the family.
The goals of Family Services are to support families while addressing protection issues, and strengthen the family’s abilities to meet the needs of their children.
CFS Western’s belief in offering Family Services is to:
