The CFS Foundation's mission is to fund programs which help to ensure the safety and security of children and strengthen family life for the betterment of all in Westman; through the support of the community to establish and maintain a strong financial base for these programs.

Elspeth Reid Family Fund provides the community with an opportunity to invest in Westman families and children through financial support of family strengthening programs offered through the Elspeth Reid Family Resource Centre.

Westman Rural Family Fund, developed in 2008, provides donors the opportunity to give their gifts directly towards strengthening families, children and communities throughout rural Westman. |  |

Preschool Enrichment Program requires funding to deliver programs that uniquely combine early learning programming with family strengthening programming understanding that parents are a child's first teacher. |  |
| Sun Fund for Kids gives donors the opportunity to be a part of a child's safe and fun summer experiencing and promoting skill development of many different kinds that cannot be found in the classroom. |
