The Child and Family Services of Western Manitoba Foundation Inc. (CFS Foundation) is a private, not-for-profit charitable
organization that raises funds to support family strengthening programs offered through the Child and Family Services of Western Manitoba (CFS Western) agency.

What we do

The CFS Foundation's mission is to fund programs which help to ensure the safety and security of children and strengthen family life for the betterment of all in Westman; through the support of the community to establish and maintain a strong financial base for these programs. 

Why we’re here 

The Foundation was created in 1991 as an avenue for philanthropic community members to support parents and caregivers in their rewarding and often challenging role of raising children.

Since its inception, the Foundation has given over one million dollars to the CFS Western agency to support family strengthening programs offered at the Elspeth Reid Family Resource Centre, Preschool Enrichment Program, and throughout Westman to encourage healthy, safe and respectful families.

The Foundation continues to thrive through generous gifts, donations and sponsorships from public, private, corporate, and community contributors.
